Paintability
MSP-Crystal® can be painted over with water-based paint systems. Alkyd resin paints can show delayed drying; therefore pre-testing is recommended.

Processing advice
MSP-Crystal sealant gives direct adhesion to metals, glass, various plastics and treated wood. Substrates must be clean, grease-free, load-bearing and compatible. Clean substrates first with Bloem Sealants’ Cleaner and a clean cloth. Allow the cleaner to evaporate after degreasing. Do not touch cleaned substrates any more. Pretreat stony substates with primer P83. Perform adhesion tests on unknown substrates, seek advice and/or consult our primer list.

Omgang met het product
Verspuiten met hand- of accuspuit. Afwerken met voegspijker bevochtigd met een oplossing van BS-Voegenglad in water. Gereedschap en vlekken zijn met BS-Cleaner te reinigen. Verrubberde kit kan mechanisch verwijderd worden.

Product handling

Extrude with a hand or battery caulking gun. Finish joints with a joint nail or moistened rubber spatula with a solution of BS-Finisher. Tools and fresh stains can be cleaned with BS-Cleaner. Vulcanized sealant can only be removed mechanically. Hands can be cleaned best with Bloem Power-scrub wipes.

Storage and use
Store dry and cool between +5°C and +25°C, in its original sealed packing. Use best before 12 month after production.

Cartidges à 290 ml. Sausages à 600 ml.

Safety Precautions
Avoid long lasting contact with skin. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor. Avoid any contact with food as long as the sealant is not fully cured. Keep away from children. The product is not hazardous when applied properly and correctly. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) can be obtained upon request
