MSP-Allround is an elastic sealant and adhesive based on MS-Polymer. It cures fast and has a broad adhesion spectrum to most building materials. ISEGA certificated for use in foodstuff related areas.

Paint advice
MSP-Allround can be painted over with water based paint systems. Alkyd resin paints can show delayed drying. Testing in advance is recommended.

Processing advice
Adhesion to most building materials s.a. metals, glass, stone, various plastics and treated wood. Substrates should be clean, free from grease and should have sufficient bearing capacity. For bonding mirrors apply vertical beads next to each other on the substrate. Alkaline substrates should be fully dry for bonding mirrors. Use spacer tape of min. 2mm thickness to support objects during first 24 hours. Please pre-treat porous substrates with primer P83. For unknown substrates first take adhesion tests, ask for advice and/or consult our primer list

Processing
Cut the nozzle to the width of the joint. Extrude sealant with standard caulking gun. For bonding and sealing process and act prior to skin formation. For smoothing joints use spatula and Bloem Joint Smoothing Fluid. Tools and stains can be cleaned with Bloem Multi-cleaner. Cured sealant can only be removed mechanically.

Colours
Standard white, grey and black.

Packaging
290 ml cartridges and 600 ml sausages.

Shelf life
2 Months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C.

Safety measures
Long term skin contact should be avoided. Prevent direct contact with food and other products for consumption until sealant has vulcanised. Keep out of reach of children. After contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and consult a doctor. When used for its intended purpose, the vulcanised product does not pose any risk.
