How to use the product
Extrude with standard caulking gun. Prior to skin formation, smoothen sealant surface using a spatula and Bloem joint smoothening fluid. Tools and stains can be cleaned with Bloem Multicleaner Cured sealant can only be removed mechanically

Adhesion
Excellent adhesion on glass, glazed surfaces, enamel, ceramics, metal, plastics, powder coatings, natural stone, marble and granite. If in doubt, consult primer list, conduct your own adhesion tests and/or ask for advice.

Joint design
To prevent three-sided adhesion of the sealant and to determine joint depth insert a PU- or PE-foam backer rod. Normally widths up to 12mm = depth 6mm. For joints wider than 12mm: joint depth = width/3 + 6mm. Width x depth in mm: 5×6, 8×6, 10×6, 12×10, 15×11, 20×12, 30×16.

Maintenance
Quadroseal is a sealant resistant to mould growth and normal household cleaning agents. For a long lifespan, sanitary rooms such as bathrooms and showers should be sufficiently ventilated. Tiling together with silicone joints should be properly cleaned regulary.

Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool and dry place (5oC < 25oC.). Can be stored for at least 12 months in original packaging.

Safety measures
Keep out of reach of children. Contains 2-butanonoxim. May cause an allergic reaction. In general, long-term skin contact should be avoided. Aerate the workplace properly. Prevent contact with food and other consumption products until the sealant has vulcanized. After contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary. When used according to its intended purpose, the vulcanized product does not pose any risk. See MSDS (material safety data sheet) for additional info.
